The services provided by Geospir range from the simple supply of standard or custom foundation posts, to the design and supply of a complete foundation system based on load indications supplied by the client.

Geospir’s ‘turn-key’ service consists of the following:

  • Geological analysis of the ground on which the foundation will be built (if not already available).
  • Performs field tests to verify the characteristics and texture of the soil.
  • The tracking and pegging of the foundations based on the coordinates specified by the client.
  • Foundation laying using qualified teams and specialised equipment.
  • A report comprised of the final calculation of the foundations along with certification and warranty.
